• We don't share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
• We don't store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.

1. Information We Collect

If you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and billing information. If you process payments through our platform, your clients' payment details are processed securely by our certified payment partners (like Stripe or Lemon Squeezy) and are never stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the Invorise platform, to communicate with you, and to process transactions. We may also use non-identifying, aggregated data to improve our service (for example, analyzing which features are used most often).

3. AI Processing

When you use our AI features (like the Deal Extraction Copilot), the text you input is securely processed by our AI partners (e.g., OpenAI). This data is strictly used for the purpose of generating your quote or deal structure and is not used to train public models.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you choose to delete your account, your personal data will be purged from our active databases within 30 days.
